Starting out as Staci Marlene Bayliss I grew up on a dairy from and moved at a young age to a PMU and beef cattle operation. Daughter of Donna Bayliss and Mark Trafford and granddaughter of Walter and Marlene Bayliss and Ray and Kay Trafford. From a young age I was never very far from the horses with grandpas herd of 800 draft horses, they were my babysitters and mentors. In high school the PMU contracts were no longer offered and my mother and her husband Rob McCulloch took over the meat market in Carnduff, where I worked for a few years. After my education was done I applied for a workers holiday visa for England. For 2 years I worked and travelled around England, including a riding school and a hotel activity adventure centre in the Lake District of England. During that time I found my future husband, and funny enough he was from Lampman, SK we had met back home. After a tour of England, France and Spain I was convinced he was a perfect life partner but it would take a few more years to decide marriage was the right thing. Before Justin Leptich and I got engaged we took a 1 year work holiday visa in New Zealand, this is a better test of relationship strength than any other and by the time we came home from a dream work holiday of pulling weeds, pouring cement, knocking down houses, laying paving stones, chasing sheep and making bread. It only took another year after we were home to get engaged. Finally September 3, 2011 Justin and I were married after 6 years of world travelling. I worked back in Carnduff at the Viterra Inland grain terminal as a facility assistant (grain sampler/grader), and before at 3D maintenance oilfield building and repairs (everything from spills to assembly). Shortly after our wedding we found our dream home at Willmar, SK. Moving to an old farm site full of history I took a job close to home at Petrogas Terminals Corp as the office administrator for 2 years before deciding to apply for my education as a Realtor. After my world experiences I am happy to be back in Saskatchewan and serving the public!
